For starters, I cannot believe lassarina started this obsession, but I have to personally send her flowers or something since she has siva630 writing Seifer/Irvine fic. Thank you, Rina. Anyway, siva630 pretty much cemented his place in my heart as one of the best writers FFVIII fandom has a few years ago with a work-in-progress he was publishing. He was good as pacing and mood in those, and moving to short pieces he's actually taken all that awesome and compacted it. Truly, I'm unsure how it fits. Every new piece he publishes I'm more and more in awe with how he plays with words and the characters, and this story is no exception, and has the bonus of story and boys kissing. I can't put into words why I love the characterization, except to say I think he nails a part of Irvine I've always wondered about. Bullseye.
Pretty much I'm a jerk for taking so long to wave this story in everyone's faces. It's awesome; go read it! (Irvine/Seifer)

Warning: depending on how much fic with blow-jobs you read and how long you spend thinking about cock and various iterations of the cock life-cycle, this story has the chance of really, really grossing you out. Fact of life: bodies are dirty and uhhh this story doesn't actually take that into account so if you're awesome at switching the old logic machine off to read A+ porn with bonus whispers of world-building, RUN, don't walk if you haven't read this story yet (note: most of you have read this story, about five months ago). This pairing crept up on me. This is an awesome look at Irvine and Seifer, uh, well, having sex, sure. IT'S PRETTY HOT, don't get me wrong. A+++ WOULD DROOL OVER AGAIN, is what I'm saying about the sex. However, what amuses me is that I find awesome characterization in all porn I happen to read. Perhaps I look too hard. I know I'm in a minority, since most of fandom thinks Seifer won't bottom, ever, at all, for any reason, are you CRAZY! Some people have good reasonings (control issues, being at someone's "mercy" as it may be) and others give retarded ones (he's too tall to bottom!) which I mostly ignore. This I think manages to put Seifer is a different position (ha ha, I'm so clever) without sacrificing his character. And in the end, he's still calling the shots, which I think a lot of people miss. Also: bonus hat sex. (Seifer/Irvine)
